2026: Two Retreats – One Tide
A year-long arc of awakening and deepening
For 2026, we’re creating something new: a retreat experience that flows across two islands and two seasons.
Kos — "Whisper of the Tide" (Spring) opens the door, a gentle, playful awakening.
Crete — "Song of the Deep" (Autumn) dives deep, a full harvest of sound, sea and self.

Whisper of the Tide — Kos (8-15th May, 2026)
Step into the year with soft sunshine, turquoise waters & a circle of supportive practice. Whisper of the Tide is the gentle opening: shoreline rituals, playful yoga and voice-work, nourishing meals & space to breathe.

Song of the Deep — Crete (23-30th October,2026)
By autumn the tide calls us deeper. Song of the Deep invites you to dive into sound, sea and self. Rich practices, longer sessions and a more grounded rhythm support you to harvest what you’ve begun in spring, or to arrive fresh and surrender into depth. Expect resonant soundwork, soulful movement, delicious food and Crete’s mythic landscapes as your backdrop.
